  • No, not at this time. We do not provide treatment plans for extensions.

  • We do have designated free parking in the underground parking lot. Details below:

    • Designated FREE Parking is available in the underground parking lot on P2 (stalls 126-129).

    Parkade Access:

    • There is one entrance to the parkade on Foster Street, south of the buildings.

    • There are two entrances to the parkade on Martin Street (North or South of the building).

    Parking Instructions:

    1. Upon entering the parkade, you will be on P1. Looking for the “More Parking” sign to take the ramp down to P2.

    2. Our designated parking spots (stalls 126-129) are immediately at the bottom of the ramp.

    3. After parking, stay on P2 and walk straight past the residential parking garage. Then, turn left to find the commercial elevator, which will take you to the 4th floor.

  • Some of our therapists are taking new patients. View our Team page for details.

  • Deep pressure is a very subjective experience. Our therapists treat according to their own comfort levels, a patient’s pain tolerance or the safest depth we perceive for your tissues—whichever comes first. For this reason, we don’t generally say that we offer deep tissue massage. That being said, we’re more than happy to communicate during your treatment.

  • If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment please notify our office, by phone or email at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled session. There will be a cancellation fee applied to your account for missed appointments without notification.

  • White Oaks Massage & Wellness requires a credit card on file to maintain appointment availability, reduce administrative delays, and support the efficient operation of the clinic while ensuring fair compensation for our healthcare providers when appointments are missed.

    Please note we will only charge your card if asked, or if an appointment is missed.
